OVERVIEW
SquishiTown ships plushies, squishies, and stuffed animals worldwide. Because we operate as a dropshipping store, all orders are fulfilled directly from our suppliers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 10–20 business days
• United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 12–20 business days
• Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Please note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier issues, or high-demand seasons (holidays, etc.).
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 to the United States. Orders under $49 may incur a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–7 business days after shipment for tracking information to update. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
SquishiTown ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@squishitown.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded at our discretion.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. SquishiTown is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@squishitown.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
