Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your SquishiTown order. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging where applicable
You must contact us before sending any return

Items that cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

Email sales@squishitown.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at sales@squishitown.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damage or defect
A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return damaged items.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no charge and arrange return of the wrong item if needed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Email sales@squishitown.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
