A few things we get asked often:
- Where is my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Something arrived damaged. Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to return the item.
- How do returns work? Unused items can be returned within 30 days. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day from our US warehouse. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and US public holidays, ship the next business day.
