Orders and Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our US warehouse. We do not ship from overseas.

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days. These are estimates from the date of dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Products

What are your products made of?

Our sensory toys are made from soft TPR, TPU, or slow-rising foam materials. They are designed for squeezing, stretching, and sensory play. All products sold by SquishiTown are intended for recreational use.

Are your products safe for children?

Most products are suitable for ages 3 and up. Always supervise young children during play. Products are not intended for children who may put small items in their mouths.

Are your products affiliated with any other brand?

No. SquishiTown is an independent store and brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other toy manufacturer or brand.

What is a blind box?

A blind box product is a surprise item — you select the product style but receive a randomly selected color or design. This is clearly stated on each blind box listing.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at sales@squishitown.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost.
